My dog Cali was hit by a car tonight. We were panicked, she was unable to walk and had bitten my husband due to the pain earlier. We didn’t know how to get her in the car without hurting her and didn’t know what to do. We were given De Anna’s number and despite the situation came immediately to our assistance within 15 minutes. They helped get my girl into their gurney safely and drove her immediately to the emergency vet. I am so grateful for their assistance in helping my girl. They demonstrated kindness, compassion and empathy throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Also pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again for your help!

I've been using The Pet Taxi app for over 2 years now. Since my dog's veterinary office is also his daycare I use them weekly. They treat my dog like family, he's not just a number. I have two designated drivers assigned to me, and they are amazing. They have extensive knowledge in pet care (not just canine and feline health) as a whole. I completed trust them with my dog. When he's with them I know that he's safe and happy. He's always excited to see them (and that's very telling for me). Not to mention, they are rather expeditious when dropping him to and from destinations. There is no other company that I WOULD recommend as much as I do this one. I would bet my life on anyone who gave this place a shot, they'd be more than happy with the service that they receive.

Getting a big dog whose suffering-to the vet without a car is a nightmare. Not only are you worried about them, but until I found PAWS-Pet Taxi App, I was frantic! Lyft leaves it to driver discretion, even with an ESA certification, & they are never any drivers who say ok to a 50lb dog. Meeting DeAnna from Pet Taxi App was a breath of fresh air, professional, warm, engaging ,efficient, reassuring & simply fabulous! Mica & I were picked up on time & had a lovely ride to the vet chatting about our affinity for pets. Customer service is a dying art, & having booked with PAWS-Pet Taxi App made everything about this nerve-wracking trip as smooth & as pleasant as possible. My sick, large dog who is terrified of cars needed urgent care. A friend of mine found these guys. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! They come with stretchers, lifting harnesses and everything else they need to get your sick, oversized pet loaded up and delivered to the vet. And they don't overcharge. De Anna was wonderful. Unfortunately, my dog was at end of life. But the gentle and caring way she transported my furry baby made it easier for me to handle. These are good people providing a great service. I highly recommend them if you are ever in my situation.
